Senior cameraman Les Pace shot the iconic disembodied lips with the talent laying horizontal on the rostrum table looking up at the camera. The Oxberry rostrum camera had a top speed of only 6fps, requiring the artist to mime to playback running at one quarter speed. Les's polarised lighting setup resulted in good takes that did not require lengthy rotoscoping to isolate the lips.
